Pomegranate is an independent digital agency and talent network. We are headquartered in New York with satellite teams around the world. Pomegranate was founded in 2008 by Grant Powell.

Grant Powell, Founder

Grant Powell is a one-of-a-kind digital brand expert with a unique ability to combine creativity, logic, engineering and business savvy to develop innovative approaches to new world demands. As founder and operator of the digital agency, Pomegranate, Grant has partnered with some of the most notable brands in the world including Google, Spotify, Porsche, Dow Jones & Company, Dun & Bradstreet, and more, to build innovative digital experiences.

Over the past 12+ years, Grant has produced thousands of brand concepts as well as hundreds of websites and applications, and dozens of large-scale advertising programs for Fortune 1000 companies and startups. Some of his notable works include Hewlett-Packard's "You on You" which was awarded "Best of Marketing" by YouTube's Show & Tell, Coachella 2011 which "changed the world" of live streaming events, and U2 Live which featured the first-ever real-time social chat application on YouTube.

Grant has been an innovative and successful entrepreneur as co-founder and CTO of a payment technology company, ServiceFirst Solutions, and as founder and CEO of the first ever peer-to-peer secured lending platform, YouPawn.

Grant's passion for art and creativity started at a very young age with award-winning studio art. This passion carried through to his young adulthood with a partial college scholarship being awarded for his AP Studio Art portfolio, and being a founding member of the bands Lifehouse and Dawes (formerly Simon Dawes).

Grant boasts notoriety in being a thought leader as the founder of such concepts as Network Agencies™, Seeding™, Engagement Media™ and Colancing®.
